OUT OF THE WOOD CONSTRUCTION is a Design/Build firm based in Altadena CA. Our work spans thirty years and offers new construction and remodeling services – building in a variety of styles including: Contemporary, Modern, Mission, Craftsman, Spanish and Mediterranean. Eddie King Owner/General Contractor, has a passion for design and a collaborative spirit that is evident in his interaction with homeowners, architects and designers.

Eddie is a twenty-six year resident of Altadena, having raised his children in the community he loves and whose character he strives to protect. Eddie has a host of loyal long time sub-contractors who bring a level of confidence and efficiency to every job and his work with local architects, structural engineers and designers create a seamless working arrangement.

Transparency and communication are hallmarks of Eddie’s approach in working with clients. OTW Construction can bring your vision to life whether you are looking for a “foundation to finish” new construction project, a remodel, a new deck or a custom piece of carpentry as a focal point for your home.
